TO THE NEXT STEPS AND BEYOND...

It has come to that time of the school year when we say goodbye to our beloved seniors. They will join the other alumni in becoming responsible to do what God has called them to do with the training that they have been given. Like generations gone before, they will be the leaders in their fields. Whether doctors, ministers, teachers, or businessmen, God has given them a heart for the nations.  The graduation ceremony is Friday, May 22, at 7:00 p.m.

The graduating class of 2009:

Jessica Cobble
Rachel Gilliam
Erin McDonald
Joseph Stewart

These four have all been students here since they were four years old. Each senior walks away with many years of experiences with their classmates and teachers; but most importantly, each senior knows that they have a destiny and a calling in God. We send them out prepared to face life's challenges with the revelation that the Lord carries them, and He will complete the work that He has begun in each of their lives.

KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION

and AWARDS ASSEMBLY

Kindergarten graduation will be on Friday, May 22, at 9:00 a.m. You are invited to come celebrate this milestone of our graduating Kindergarten class of 2009.
At the conclusion of the Kindergarten graduation, we will have our awards assembly. Students will be recognized for their academic and spiritual accomplishments. Please join us; you will be entertained and blessed.

ENROLLMENT FOR NEXT YEAR

Enclosed with your child's report card will be enrollment forms for next year. We encourage you to get a head start on enrollment. It is a helpful tool to the school in making plans and arrangements for the next year. We expect a year of growth for 2009-2010. There are many new families who have called to enroll their children and some initial testing has already taken place.
We encourage you to pray if there are any families that you feel led to recommend coming to Family of Faith. We know that our most important enrollments come through parent referrals. We are extremely blessed by the attendence of every student because we know God has a special plan and purpose for each child. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school office.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

I want to take a moment to say thank you for your commitment to financially sow into the school and the lives of our children. It is a seed. You will reap what you have sown. The one who sows much will harvest much. May financial blessings overtake you.

WHAT A YEAR!

"For as many as may be the promises of God, in Him they are yes; wherefore also by Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us"  2 Corinthians 1:20. This scripture has been the driving force of this school year. God gives us a revelation from His Word to work on our lives. Our focus is the training of laborers and to have His Word firmly in the hearts and minds of our students.
It has been a wonderful year, and God has moved mightily in every classroom, from the youngest to the oldest. Something great is being built here at Family of Faith Christian School. Each student has a calling and a destiny in the Lord. Many have been hearing and receiving God's plan for their lives. We will release our seniors with great blessing and love, and we look forward to the return of each who has been being trained this past year. God's kingdom is a kingdom with no end, and it is our privilege to train others to be a part of it.
Many exciting memories have been created through mission trips, basketball games, banquets, classtimes, P.E., and other adventures. We are truly a family at our school. We have grown to know each other more deeply, and the fellowship we have shared is truly a blessing. Students have blossomed academically, and many are overcoming challenges because they understand that they have the mind of Christ.
God bless you this summer. Draw close to the Lord and know Him in an intimate way. He is an amazing God, and we are honored to serve with you and to be a part of your lives. Be encouraged. All of His promises are "Yes" and we have the opportunity to echo "Amen" to His words!

"I am afraid that the schools will prove the very gates of hell, unless they diligently labour in explaining the Holy Scriptures, and engraving them on the hearts of youth. I would advise no one to send his child where the Holy Scriptures are not supreme. Every institution in which men and women are not unceasingly occupied with the Word of God must be corrupt."
Martin Luther, Father of the Protestant Reformation
